HI-TECH APPROACH: Superintendent of Police Vikram Singh Mann launching the web edition of Vijayam magazine of the Police Department in Vizianagaram on Wednesday.

VIZIANAGARAM : Superintendent of Police, Vikram Singh Mann launched the internet edition of the inhouse journal `Vijayam' on Wednesday. The journal is being printed by the Public Relations Cell of the District Police Department since January 2003. The aim of the edition was to bridge the communication gap between the police and the people, said the SP. The edition is accessible on
